The hotel was conveniently located near a large shopping mall, offering plenty of food options and activities. the living area was spacious and kept clean, providing comfort for groups. the team was responsive to maintenance issues and quickly resolved them.
One negative aspect was the unpleasant behaviour of a security guard towards guests, highlighting the need for better training in customer service.

Spent my christmas with my friends in a great place with so much space! the location was also a plus! Right next to a big mall with lots of shopping, dining and entertainment options just a few steps away. And the best thing? We felt safe and the place was clean.
That was quite disappointing.
